Family visit: one adult pays for the travel medicine consultation (PLN 250), because the whole route is discussed at that appointment. Each additional patient at the same visit pays the assessment by age: PLN 100 for an adult or a child aged 10 and over, PLN 150 for a child aged 2 to 9, PLN 250 for a child under 2. Two adults and two children aged 1 and 6 will pay 250 + 100 + 250 + 150 = PLN 750. If you come only for the assessment alone, without the consultation, each patient pays their own rate: the same family would then pay 100 + 100 + 250 + 150 = PLN 600. The yellow card is included in the consultation (for everyone at the visit) and in the price of the yellow fever vaccination. For assessments for other vaccines the certificate is optional: we issue it on request for PLN 20.

Prices cover the vaccine itself. Every vaccination also carries a medical assessment of PLN 100, and for children PLN 150 (ages 2–9) or PLN 250 (ages 0–2). You pay the assessment once per visit, even if several vaccines are given the same day, but separately for each patient. When you come as a family, the assessment is charged to each person by age: parents with a six-year-old will pay 100 + 100 + 150 = PLN 350 plus the price of the vaccines. The name of the disease leads to a page with the dosing schedule and answers to common questions.
* The influenza vaccine has seasonal availability. Before your visit, check with reception whether it is currently in stock.
All vaccinations →This price list applies from 14 September 2026 and shows gross prices in Polish zloty. Under article 71 of the Polish Civil Code it is not an offer in the legal sense, but an invitation to conclude a contract. The final scope and cost of the service are agreed at the visit, after assessing the patient’s health. Prices may change; the price list published on the day of the visit applies.
