Dr Joanna Stryczyńska-Kazubska

Consultant paediatrician, vaccinologist and travel medicine doctor. She runs newborn home visits and health checks, and diagnoses and treats infections. She consults in travel medicine and plans pre-travel vaccinations, including for premature babies and children with chronic conditions.

If the vaccination schedule has been interrupted or the child has had a reaction to a vaccine, she sets an individual schedule. She also clears children for postponed vaccinations.

Allergology and pulmonology

Paediatrician and allergologist. She diagnoses inhalant and food allergies, atopic dermatitis, urticaria and drug reactions, and runs specific immunotherapy in children.

Children come to her with a chronic runny nose, a night cough and recurring rashes whose cause has not been found. The visit includes a testing plan and symptomatic treatment from day one.

Allergology and pulmonology

Dr Joanna Mitkowska

Paediatric pulmonologist. She deals with recurrent respiratory infections, chronic cough, wheezing and breathlessness, and with diagnosing and treating asthma in children of any age.

She judges when recurring bronchitis is still the normal run of preschool infections, and when it signals a chronic condition needing inhaled treatment.

Gastroenterology

Dr Ola Sobieska-Poszwa

A doctor training in paediatric gastroenterology, with a doctorate in medical sciences. She investigates recurring abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhoea and vomiting, reflux, coeliac disease and inflammatory bowel disease.

She sees babies with poor weight gain and children who need an elimination diet. She agrees the treatment plan with the HS Clinic clinical dietitian.

Rehabilitation and physiotherapy

Dr Joanna Nawrocka-Rohnka

Paediatric physiotherapist. She works with babies who have positional asymmetry and torticollis, and with children whose motor development is delayed or whose posture needs correcting.

At the first visit she assesses motor development against the child’s age and shows the parent exercises, along with ways of carrying and positioning the child at home.
